There is a way to do it, but not on its own. You need "something" with a MIDI cc controlled Tempo generator that you then slave the MPC software to. You put the MIDI cc value changes into an MPC track that are sent to the Tempo Generator. As the song plays, the MIDI cc value coming out of the MPC changes, thus changing the tempo created by the Tempo generator. It's a sort of software circle jerk, but it works well. I use a program called Bidule made by a company named Plogue. I actually make lots of tempo changes within sequences this way. However, Bidule is a VERY deep program with very little documentation. BUT, it has a fantastic Forum full of extremely helpful people. Bidule costs about $100.
