Mpc Ren power supply specs?

Hi,
Got a used Ren ,always wanted to try it ,but it came without psu
I know it needs 12v 2A to work (center positive), but
-Is it switching or linear ?
-Stabilized or not ? Can someone with a multimeter check if the original psu reads 12v or more ?
-Does the psu uses the ground earth pin?

After spending some hours on the web I found a numark replacement psu that has some specs
-switching
-no ground used
But still I don't know if it's stabilized , so anyone with a multimeter ?

If you got it in the original packing, the PSU is stuck into the side of one of the styrofoam braces. Went nearly mad till I found it.
