What options do you have in audio devise?Says ASIO.....You should be able to access the ASIO control panel which is independent from MPC.

Lower the sample rate......

Edit: you may delete the other posts and keep the one with the photos

First change from Asio4ALL to MPC Ren driver, then change the sample rate to 44100
Start with 512 buffer size and if you feel latency lower it.
