Hey there,

I bought the MPC renaissance years ago. I want to use it on my new desktop but it is not recognizing my serial number, so I can only temporary use the preview mode before the awful shrieking sound. I've contacted AKAI and sent a photo of the receipt, but no one ever responded with how to help.

I also don't know where my old CD's are to re-load the driver, content sounds etc. Has anyone else run into this? Any suggestions?
