Hi all!
So, here’s the plan:

Click on vintage mode from the Renaissance hardware button to MPC3000.
Track 1 assigned to output 3,4.
On the back: outputs 3,4 to inputs L,R.
Use looper to record to audio.

Will the vintage mode button apply to track one, or just the master?
Also, if I have “Track 1” set to a specific volume through the program mixer, how do I record it to audio, at the same volume?

Thanks!

Just for the record: I was lead to believe that in order to get the full effect of vintage mode: I am suppose to use the Hardware button, and then record the outs to the ins using the sample record function…

Vintage FX are just software plugins, no hardware involved. The 'Vintage mode' button was a bit of a con, they originally tried to claim it was hardware based and then we discovered it was just a set of VST plugins . just use them as FX inserts and add to whatever you want to add to, e,g a pad FX insert, program FX, submix, master, etc. Definitely no point re-recording into the Ren inputs.
