Driver Installer Error

Hello, I bought a used MPC Renaissance.
I want to install version 1.9.6.1 and at the 2nd point "Install MPC Renaissance driver" I get the message "Installer Error...Failed to launch this item. Please try again.
I've already tried everything... restarted the PC and installed Visual C++. None of this helped.
Please urgently need help.
Maybe the previous owner needs to release something?

I’m having the same issues but on a MacBook Pro (2017) Model with (macOS Ventura 13.7.3) my driver installed correctly. It’s the software that doesn’t want to open.
