mpk mini midi problem

when changing the midi note number in the software editor, this has no effect on the note when playing the pad. if i set all the pads to , say, c2 all the pads should play the same note right? i cannot change any of the pads although it changes in the editor. can anybody help ??

Save the preset in the editor software. Then hit the unload button.

Menco is on it. Upload is the button in case the typo got ya though.

tried that, makes no difference.
