Max49 (help!!!!!!!)

Some of the lights on the midi board (max49) are just on automatically when I plug it into the MacBook. And the display screen on the keyboard is blan. I called up to the tech support, they said the specialist is at lunch and will return my call .. And never did they call back .. That's f'd up .. But I just want to kno what's the deal .. Had anyone else had this problem before ? .. And how can I fix this

the specialist is always at lunch, especially a day away from the holiday break... is it just a plug and play device? in not reset all drivers, uninstall everything and reinstall anddddd... give this link a try http://community.akaipro.com/akai_profe ... ry_default
