I just picked up an MPK mini. I already had an MPC studio that I use with the MPC software. When the MPK is plugged in and "The Bank" plugin is opened, out of the box the mod wheel and PLUGIN volume (not master volume) are pre-mapped to work with the MPK.
I'm trying to map the hardware with THE BANK plugin. How is it possible for the mod wheel and voulme are pre mapped but nothing else can be mapped? The keys and pads work fine. I am specifically talking about mapping the knobs.
Anyone have experience with the MPK mini and the MPC studio/ren software?
Akai tech support states the MPC software plugins cannot be mapped. Is this true? (Only asking because the only other experience I had with Akai tech support, turned out to be significantly incorrect)
