MPK261 - Assign Different Pad Notes in Each Bank?

After watching several videos about setting up the MPK261 in Studio One, I am convinced this is what I am looking for. I saw a video on how to change the Pad Notes for trigger on and off. Can I assign notes to the pads in Bank One for one instrument, and then assign different notes to the Pads in Bank 2 (and 3) for different instruments? Thanks in advance for any help here.
