MPK25 mini - no toggle/momentary?

Hey all;

I have an MPK mini. I have used the editor to set all pads to Toggle (actually they default that way), as I would like to try to use these pads to mute and unmute MPC tracks. Unfortunately the pads do not seem to recognize the toggle mode; they always act as if Momentary is on. I am using Note messages. Is there a way to get Toggle to actually work with the mini?

Oops. Figured it out. This apparently only works for CCs.

And with the Mk3, it is apparently no longer even possible to do that. Crap. I had this working on my Mk 1, replaced it with the Mk 3 for the marginally better keyboard action, and now this functionality is gone. Bollocks.
