If you have a look at the original 1K layout you can see the key combination SHIFT + left or right arrow. It was useful with AKAI OS. JJ implemented a better management of the data wheel but it s still inefficient sometimes.
Checking that topic viewtopic.php?f=38&t=151347&p=1427175#p1427175 and the os2xl3.16 update made me think it s time to request it again.
I think it can be useful :
-when inserting a tempo change in step edit
-when using mid or hi bands in the 4 BAND EQ
-when messing with very high duration value in SEQ EDIT
To sum up the main idea, being able to bring back that shortcut when there are numbers with 4 digits or more.
