[bug] Chord timing problem when using arp

There shouldn't be a delay when you hit the pad. The first note in the chord should play immediately, and then the delay/arp between the other notes should be applied. The current delay on the root note makes it awkward to play arpeggiated chords.

I believe this is also causing the last note to get cut off when using long arp times.
