[request] Global implementation of NUMERIC function

I know this has been requested before but I still can't stand putting wear on my vintage Grande Holdings encoder everytime I want to select a midi output controller for the qlinks.

And also implementation within naming windows.

I know that the paid JJOS versions have that naming scrolling through the alphabet feature, but I'm on the free OS, and I also personally like the original naming function using the pads. Except numbers are still annoying!
