[request] Velocity to Q-Link and othe rparameters

I have not figured out how to achieve this, so the request is:

Ability to assign midi velocity (either MPC pads or incoming midi) to the Q-Link sliders and other parameters (filters, chop... in GPE, send levels in the mixer), with other words the ability to control these parameters with note velocity.
