[request] sample editing - end point not being able to pass

apologies if this is something that exists in some hidden menu that im not aware of..

im using 2500 JJosXL

when in sample editing/chop, Q1 and 2 sliders adjust start and end point respectively.. which is awesome.

however if the end point is moved in front of the start point it drags the start point with it which can mess up work already done in getting the start point in place..

it would be nice to be able to set start points locked so the end point of the selection can not be dragged in front of start point.

Not sure but I think it's like that even in akai os.

I've always found it disconcerting and not intuitive, especially on long samples.

yeah as long as it does not interfer with the LOOP ON Len setting. you know if you put on trim loop and it can be set to LEN (length) and it will have the loop points set to length and moving start and end points move selected loop
