Cannot Copy Track or Event - says track does not exist!

Hi,
I've had a problem for a while where If I have a 4 bar sequence and I want to duplicate the bars 1>4 8 times, it doesn't do it because it warns me that the track does not exist. It worked before upgrade to JJOS128XL no problem.

The only weird thing I noticed is that, the sequence and track numbers are shown as 01, 02, 03 whereas the track numbers to select for copy and destination are shown as 1, 2, 3. Maybe it's track and sequence numbers are treated as text and the copy event and/or track believes 1 does not equal 01.

Has anyone else had this?

What updates are there out there, there's loads of bugs like spelling mistakes and the appegiator is annoying since there is no random or cyclic setting it either goes up or down, great.

you need to give a lot more detail - you haven't mentioned which function/screens you're using, your steps, etc. there are several places where you could be trying to duplicate bars.

Sorry, two versions of SEQ EDIT,
1. Copy TRACK 01 to 01, bars 01:00-03:00 from SEQ 01 to SEQ 1 8xcopies
2. Copy SEQ bars 01:00-03:00 from SEQ 01 to SEQ 1 8xcopies

Either one will tell me that it does not exist either track or sequence depending on which one above. I have even tried copying a track to another track and a range of a sequence to another sequence. COPY from SEQ edit does not work for love nor money.

thanks, I'll test this as soon as I can

On my side, i have no more of these problems since they fixed them with the latest updates...

There's always the track edit F1 mode to do it in a different way.
