The measures to OS3 were taken.
When they use switching OS1 and OS2XL, if OS1 is not updated to Ver5.00 (when OS1 and OS2XL are installed in MPC), OS3 does not start.
In addition, even if it updates OS1 to Ver5.00, OS1 to OS3 is not installable.

I guess it means that dual boot users have to update to OS1 5.0 to make OS3 installation works in OS2XL.
