CYCLE bug report.

When two pads are set to CYCLE and are hit AT THE SAME TIME,
sometimes (95%) first pad does not output MIDI note OFF message.
--> creates stuck notes.

just tried OS3 1.52 and there is no issue, this problem i am referring above is ONLY in OS2XL
