right now, LOOP END is connected to SAMPLE END.
the downside of this is that any AMP RELEASE setting will play a release made up of your loop.

ideally, upon NOTE OFF, the loop portion of the sample would stop and the remainder
of the sample from LOOP END to SAMPLE END would play, AMP RELEASE permitting.

this FR is for an extra independent TRIM parameter: LOOP END.
this would also solve the FR for "note-off sample" as you could simulate one using a long AMP RELEASE.

I like. I really like this idea. I try a work round thats kinda ok but .......
What i do is NDC sample and adjust multiple end points and same start points. so it fakes two differnt end points - 1 for the sample end, 1 for the other end point. Then assign both to pad and velocity layer em.
This demands velocity info to diffferentiate the samples with their own different end and start points. Do you get me? Its what I have been trying lately because I like the independant end or loop points used to create variations and sounnds. But yeah its kinda the same but only cos i made the NDC chops that way.
