[BUG] Footswitch to F6 key does not stop recording in REC MO

I assigned foot-switch 1 to the F6 key. When I go into REC mode and press the foot-switch recording gets activated, press once more the mpc starts recording, but when I want to stop the recording the mpc does not react to the foot-switch. Do you guys have the same prob?

running XL2 3.18

really? Murray sent me a message saying that it is specification and can't be fixed, what OS version r u running?

Latest OS2XL OS.
I assigned a footswitch to F6 in RECORD mode and finally get the "play" "keep" screen and so on.
That still doesn't work for you?
