A simultaneous sequence track.
This will be something like the pattern track, but will work a bit differently: You'll be able to record sequence changes live like you can record track mutes in the track mute window, but it will have a graphical interface so you could see when and which sequence will play. The sequence changes could be performed by external midi.
You could use the sequence track to jam over. After you finish recording, you could convert the simult track to a sequence like you can do it in the SONG mode. Also you could convert the simult track mixed with the main sequence.
