[bug] LFO waveform=saw up & level=anything does nothing

choosing LFO waveform SAW and only using LEVEL (for example @ 100) does not seem to work as intended.. all the other waveforms work as intended but for some reason the saw waveform does not seem to be doing anything for LEVEL.. the filter & pitch work but not level

I expected the sound to fade in but does not happen for me..

can someone else try to do this and tell me if I am wrong?
