[BUG][DENIED] NEXT SEQ not work after record

[NEXT SEQ] work PLAY on

1. Turn MPC on
2. [CURSOR] down
3. [PLAY START]
4. [NEXT SEQ] WORKS!

[NEXT SEQ] not work PLAY on

1. Turn MPC on
2. [SHIFT] + F1 (LOOP)
3. [REC] + [PLAY START]
4. [REC]
5. [NEXT SEQ] NOT WORK
