Not sure if it is a bug, and although a minor inconvenience,why do yo have to set a program in Q link window to activate MIDI CC?Frustrating.

Yeah it's a bit weird. there are other inconveniences with tracks where pgm is OFF. I have an empty "MIDI.pgm" to be used on all MIDI tracks to go around these.
