[BUG] OS 3: EFFECT screen display error

more bug hunting. reported.

1. turn on MPC

2. go to EFFECT screen

3. select FX for FX1 & FX2

4. press window

5. go to FX1 & place the cursor over a parameter

6. switch to FX2


BUG: a display / cursor position is strange.

Confirmed. I had this in last 48 hours to. Was a spin out to. But it went away after going back to main and back to FX screen. Still its a bug. Reported?
