Bug fixes: 128XL Ver1.34 01-OCT-2013

1. [FOOTSWITCH]
SEQUENCE+/- does not work.
2. [MAIN]
When it changes to other sequences from the sequence containing an audio track, the sound of an audio track does not stop.
Moreover, when it changes into the sequence which contains an audio track from other sequences, the sound of an audio track does not sound.
3. [CHORD]
NOTE OFF will not be outputted, if the value of "Duration" and "Arpeggio"becomes 0 when Repeat is set to OFF.
4. [MAIN]
The level and pan of MIXER do not work on real time.
5. [SAVE]
[New Folder]
The holder which is different when cursor is in file display area and NEW is performed is opened.
