Workflow problem

Hi, I finally got my big screen and os128xl for my 1000. I can't tell you how much I love it apart from a few minor things, the major issue is when you press play start plus a pad/ sample a the same time the pad or sample gets cut off. It's a big problem for me cos my work flow goes like, do drums, chops sample, arrange chops triple click stop, press play start plus first chop to try a nice chop pattern, if it doesn't fit triple click stop and repeat but with this os I always have to wait for a 2 bar count in.

Anyone get what I mean?
