I think a Frequently Asked Questions Forum or even a sticky thread in the newbies forum would be really helpful.
Everyone could drop a question they always hear and answer it. If it builds up to be something major, all people have to do is search and they'll definately find the answer. With a forum like that there's no reason why people should repeat questions thats been asked a million and 1 times. Look in FAQ and you should be strait.
