Assigning drum kits

Being a relative beginner in the MPCx world I wanted to know if it's possible to assign a complete onboard drum kit sample to a chosen pad or track ?
Not just the individual pieces of the kit in the case of the pads.
This is because I would like to use the full kit as a track.

You can load drum kit programs, which will load in completed kits... and then you assign them to a track.
