MPC Forums Privacy Grade = D? (ADMIN EDIT: No, it's a B+)

I was bummed to check my browser and see this site gets a D privacy rating due to the tracking codes embedded in the web pages here. It is something to consider if you are concerned about the privacy of your data.

Why post this in the MPC Live/One support forum? I've moved it to Forum Support.

I have DuckDuckGo here, and like nearly every normal web site on the internet, the site gets a B+ on all the pages I checked. We have Google Analytics and Google Ads on all pages, both of which can be blocked or opted out from via Google and/or browser plugins (like the one you are using).



No plans to remove Google ads, it pays for the running costs of the server - no ads, no MPC-Forums. Google analytics has been set up specifically to not use cookies.

I did look for a more suitable forum but missed that one. Actually, the screenshot is also from DuckDuckGo. It turns out to be my error. I had to restart Safari and now it is showing as B here so sorry for the confusion!

No worries, would be nice to get an 'A' but I think it's just not going to happen when you run any kind of third party ads.
