Mpc one to record Moog mother 32

Hi guys, i’m a brand new owner of an Mpc One.
just wondering if you can help me out with this issue.
i want to use the mpc for a full track production.
i got everything done… drums,fx arrangments etc.

Now i’m trying to record a bassline i made on a moog mother 32 (in its sequencer).
i connected the synth via midi and audio output aswell, all synced,perfectly working but the question is.. shall i record it in midi or directly audio as sample?

i tried to record it in midi but it looks the mpc cannot find the port of m32 (prob coz m32 has only midi in).

i tried to record it with the looper and it does not save it in the sequence

what do you suggest me?

what kind of workflow shall i generally use to record a full track to pass finally to the daw to just do the final master?


other thing.. i got a dfam coming, how do i connect that to mpc?(it has not ports)
