„View unread“ not properly working

Hi there,

Recently I experience unexpected behaviour when clicking „View unread“. In maybe 1 of 5 cases I don‘t get sent to the posts I actually missed, but way before those.
For example in the thread about external interfaces (in the subforum for X/Live/One) I regularly get sent to page 22/25, showing posts from Nocember 22 instead if the single new one from September 23.

Am I alone? Is this a known issue?

We had some corruption on the database a few weeks ago and the table that retains the data for previously read topics was reset, so this is likely what's causing this. Unfortunately this cannot be salvaged so you will find it takes you to the wrong position on those old topics, but it should work fine moving forward for all new topics
