Hi, I have just recently got an MPC One & following the MPC Bible & Matthew Stratton's online videos I am learning the basics, however I currently have an issue where I select an xpm file to an unused track, select the key group icon, but the file will not load to the keygroup program. Every time I do this, it says 'program 002' in the key group programme and I have searched for the selected file but it does not load anywhere.
So you can understand the process I am following, I do this:
1. create a drum program in track 1 under Sequence 1
2. I select an xpm file with the aim of creating some chords (I've tried this using expansions & plug ins) & go to track 2 (unused)
3. I select the keygroup (piano icon)
4. nothing loads into the keygroup program
I am using firmware 2.15.1.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated, thank you.
