Sequencing problem

I have a little problem with sequencing on a 3k, the drums are off beat and i cant find any option that ''normalizes'' the drums and syncs them better. or do i just need to learn sequence on this machine?

Truncate accurately, and/or ensure the timing correct is set to what you're looking to achieve.
Finding the balance between those two is a key ingredient.

its a sure thing i need to learn this machine, but yeah as you said im asking bout the timing correct. or shift timing idk. i played the drums and they are little off, i just wanna make them sound good, no swing and shit just a basic drum loop, i been playing around with this machine in just 1 day and im a Fruity Loops kid ( i wish i was lol )

1. Swing can be in a basic drum loop.

2. Turn off time correct. Now the timing off the drums is ALL on you, no timing help feom the machine. If it sounds messed up afterwards, it's you.

3. Good timing doesn't come after just one day or even a couple of days.
Practice, practice some more, and practice again with different timing corrects on.

Stop getting automatically offended when you see gold letters!

Drums are on me then but i think its impossible to make them sound good without any timing, i need some tips how to setup the drum pattern and wich settings on kick snare and hi hat and how do i start. lets say i want something similar:

(basic boombap drums)

i dont know how to edit it cus it sounds **** up right now

I have Valixi 3.5 OS btw

Um, yeah, there's swing in that dude. That's not a basic beat.
It's not overly complex but it's not basic.

Set TC to 1/6/3, swing = 65 maybe, follow the speed of the metronome, hit the pads and see what happens. Your asking for "experience" when that is something you have to learn for yourself. It's not impossible, you just haven't put in work and/or practiced enough to get to that level yet. If it's impossible than how come I can jump on my gear and make that same pattern flawlessly like right now. It's not impossible.
