I know it will partition certain segments like A-D, etc. but can you do a A-A partition(whole disk, no divisions)? I was just wondering cause I know the MPC 2000 does it, also is there a way to change the default sound naming to start at a specific number like instead of "sound001" make the MPC default at "sound300"? Just wondering, Thanks.

Nope.

It's not an MPC2000.

Manually change it to SOUND300 the first time, save your system parameters to disk, load them each time on power on ... voila ?

The system will start up with the sound tag XXX after SOUND at 300.
