can not get mpceditor to reconize my scsi drive

ok, guys I have done my research and I have been on this website all day. I have installed and uninstalled the i omega software three times. I feel like I am give up...lol ok, this is what I got. I just got the mpc3000. I had a 2000 prior

mpc3000
1-scsi for the computer i-omega zip 100
1-SCSI for the mpc3000 i-omega zip 250
I know the 250 will read the 100 disk

I cannot get windows xp or the mpc editor to recognize the drive. any help would be great thanks!

Did you try contacting the author of the software, he's a member here also (although
I don't remember when the last time he visited this place.

His contact info is on the mpc editor site.
