Chromatic Order / general Midi mess when controlling VSTi

i ve read this:

i ve finaly set up the ASR 10 + mpc 60 + Logic together (synced)

but when i play on the ASR keys (aswell as when i play on the pads) to controll a VSTi in Logic

the notes are not in chromatic order, but its probably set to general midi, so its a mess, i cant play any melody like this.


so... do i have to set this up in the ASR or the MPC or both?

first thing to do when youstart with ANY piece of equipment is to ASSIGN THOSE MIDI NOTE NUMBERS SEQUENTIALLY... if possible, you may need to save a file and load it every time you work....

thanks... no idea how to do that on the ASR tho

for the mpc 60 i maybe should wait a few days until the 3.10 OS arrives
