looping

have u ever spent hours trying to loop something that should be possible, but it just doesnt sound right ?
andyou keep trying and trying in hope that youll get it

Some folk forget about time signature issues and wonder why they can't fit a 5/4 loop "properly" into a 4/4 space.

Setting the sequence time signature correctly in the first place helps a lot in this regard.

If the loop changes time signature through out then that can be a bit tricky though.

In this case you'll have to insert time signature changes through out the sequence.

Some times it helps to break the loop up into bits and play the result in an order that allows it to fit well within the confines of a sequence.

A programmed tempo change at the right spot often helps too.

Many combinations of the above help quite a lot.
