Hey,

I found a seller who is offering eproms for the Akai MPC60, but the description says that it is version 3.02.

The new Roger Linn OS is called V 3.10, does someone have any idea what the OS V. 3.02 is?

I couldn't find any info about V. 3.02, so any help welcome.

I found this old topic here:
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=87245&hilit=eprom+mpc60

But there is still not enough information about the differences between v 3.02 and v 3.10.
Is it really worth to try for about 60 USD?

And if i install them, will i need to get a manual for this special version? or the manual of the 3.10 is ok to work with it?

i need an answer ASAP since i should decide for the eproms.

thanks for the support!

Sampling Time. It's limited to a few second with v3.02 (v3.04 is what I had in my 60, and it was limited)

if it is only the sample time, i may still prefer the older OS.
but there is still no list of features of the 3.02, too bad.

another question: can i use MPC Editor for creating disks for MPC60 with OS 3.02?
