irregular timing

I have a 2bar sample , and I timestretched it into Cubase software at from 87 to 90bpm.
After importinq the sample into the mpc 3000 (through the mpc editor),the timing was irregular !
I mean there is a small silence between the the sequences which is very annoying!
Whats wrong with my mpc ? What I did wrong?
