Need Help! Checksum or allocation error

Recieved this message today when I tried to save songs and seqs:
checksum or allocation error while data transfer in progress. stop using this disk, media or storage device to avoid further errors of this type. (FF10:306/29/00)

I`m using a scsi for samplers card reader and Vailixi. It worked earlier today, but it might be that I initiated parameters today...?
Does anyone know about this?

You have reset inadvertently the compatibility settings for your storage device.

DISK, 9, 5 "Make SCSI Active"

Set "Multi Sector Transfer" to "OFF"

Soft Key 1
