mpc 3000 cf card errors and cf adapters

here is my issue..i have a 2gb transcend and a 1 gb sandisk ultra ll.i can format them but cannot save anything,throws out the corrupt error.i also have a cf to sd adaptor that works fine with a sandisk 4gb sdhc and toshiba 1gb sd.
i am using a acard scsi to ide firmware 3.71 rev 1.5
3.11 os
i thought the sandisk ultras were compatible? forgot to mention the card reader is delocke

Update-all the cards work when booted up in mpc,but do not work when hot swapped.so hot swap is not working with delocke cf reader..is my scsi/ide firmware too old?

There are many different models of Delock CF reader, at least one supports hot swap, but some don't, which model is it?

After you hot swap a card, have you tried selecting a different disk partition, then re-selecting the first partition, or making the hard disk active for that SCSI ID?

and yes i have tried changing partitions,but no luck.

Not sure why it isn't hot swapping for you, that reader should do it.

Might be the Acard firmware version, but not sure, I thought other users had reported that it worked with firmware versions older than yours, but don't know if they tested hot swapping or not.

i just ordered a scsi pci card for my older pc.hopefully a firmware upgrade will solve it.
