So I want to hook up this turntable to my mpc 60. Audio Technica AT-LP-120 (its a technics 1200 replica) but it only has usb to computer. Is it still usable to sample in the MPC 60? Thanks

Computer's audio out to MPC using a 1/8" stereo to dual 1/4" cable. But the signal won't be that great. If you have an audio interface you will got a cleaner and louder signal. In that case use two 1/4" TRS cables.

Doesn't it have audio outputs on a permanently attached cable that has RCA connectors on it?

Use those, with RCA-1/4 adapters, not USB.

Set the preamp switch on the back of the turntable to line.

A USB signal will have to go into a computer, then out of the computer to the MPC, no point, unless you want to modify the samples inside the computer.
