Disconnect the cable coming from motherboard to display board(disconnect the end going into display board) and connect it to VGA board port named "From CPU"
Then connect a cable from VGA board port "To LCD" to display board.

Update:
Disconnect display cable from motherboard and plug it into VGA board named "To LCD".
Plug a cable from motherboard to VGA board named "From CPU".

Appreciate it man! Havent recieved vga card yet but this puts me in real good starting point

Again Thanks a bunch Dj Khayos, with your directions and the print out I was able to figure out whats where and get it working
