I agree with eno .... open it up and check all 4 connectors to the circuit board on the top right of the below picture.

Hmmm.. This calls for starting from step one..

Did it ever get any maintenance?? Can u do this yourself??

Did u transport it?? Maybe shake it a bit and listen if something is lose, maybe something's shorting inside?

Open up,, check power supply.. Always a good starting point..
Gently apply pressure to the pcb's and see what happens.

But be careful with electronics.. Don't get shocked!
If u don't thrust it go see an technician.

This problem can happen in any time (When I start my mpc or after 5 minutes or 30 minutes and so on during working process and it happens only once a 12 hours using process)
This issue can disappear in 15 seconds or 1 minute or - after rebooting
I donn use a any midi controllers, it usually happens during normal playback.
This problem is occasional not constantly happening, sometimes it doesn't happen at all and then in approx. 3 days it starts again.
This issue doesn't bother me too much but really wanna fix it, maybe cleaning internal circuit will help.
Thanx in advance!

Oke.. Then my advise is to start from step one, and give it an good maintenance.. If nothing is been done to the machine, then its time.

Check power supply
And step on to re-capping.

It's a pretty big job, and seek help if you're not a electronics type of guy.
