Is it normal in mpc60 that every time I record a sound all sequences are being deleted ?

it's normal and it means : upgrade to os 3.10 .There are tons of posts describing the gain of getting it , making the 60 so much natural to use .

That was one of the great things about getting the 3.10, you can sample and still have the sequence.
