Just curious if the 60II has a different or better sequencer than the classic 60. I like the 60's seq'r. but it has little quirks, some I like some I don't. I was just wondering *out of raw curiousity* if they fixed it for the 60II release or is it identical and the 3000 is the upgrade. And NO I am not thinking about selling the 60 or buying a 60II, simply for informational purposes, thank you.

BTW, don't worry yall, this will be my last inquiry, question, topic for a while. I'm comfortable with my techniques, setup and workflow. 8)

They are the same sequencer. The only difference between them is the casing, and a headphone jack.

didn't you just get your 60?

Adapt your thinking.

if you have 3.10 you should be straight.

Naw man, like I said it's quirky. I've logged in more time on my 2K than any of em. 3000 sh*t I just flew into Protools. No adjustment necessary Elmac, I'm comfortable with my setup (60 seq'r. included)...raw curiousity that's all. It's apparent my inquiries are more general than most so I'll keep em to a minimum if that. 5000

If you are use to using the 2000 then a non v.3 is gonna be quirky.
Too me the biggest difference mkI to mkII is the display.
I hated the display on the mkII the display on the mkI looks better and seem to have better off-center characteristics.
Add that to that single position and it directly affects your seating or standing position for using the unit.
Same thing about the O.G. 2000 and the XL, the O.G. was like a NiteGlow kit and adjusting the contrast didn't help with all that light.
The XL's display isn't as bright as the O.G., so it doesn't have that problem.
What do you find quirky about the 60 and what O.S. are you running?
Could be what you find quirky v3 fixes maybe it doesn't.

Yeah, what OS are you running? And let us know what you find quirky, we might be able to help or you might teach us something we missed.
