Share your knowledge on these two classic MPCs

When i press the play button this message appears

mmc 'play' command sent.

but the mpc don't play even after loading up a disk.



any ideas what is going on and how to resolve this!

you have to turn MMC off. you can do that quickly by hold stop and press play on the main menu. the long way is to go to midi, then go to mmc control and turn it off.

its for controling other synths or protools. you would have 2 midi cords back and forth, when the 3000 tells protools to play at the same time protools will tell the mpc to play, so they are in sync.
