MPC 3000 read MPC 2000 disk?

I just sold my MPC2000 and I just bought an MPC3000. My MPC3000 will not read my MPC2000 zip disks. Is there a way to make it read or transfer the 2000 zips to the 3000? (like a converter) Not sure what I am looking for... any help!!!!!

Of course. There is nothing in the MPC3000 manual that says it should. Not to mention that the MPC2000 was not even designed when the MPC3000 was released.

You might be able to get to the data from the first partition of the MPC2000 disk, but this heavily depends whether you used 8 characters or less in the names.
